Program Description:
Welcome to the Pygma Accelerator Fellowship, a transformative six-month program designed to empower the next generation of leaders in acceleration and venture capital in LatAm. This fellowship is ideal for those passionate about startups, venture capital, and ecosystem development, with a focus on accelerating Latin founders across Latin America and the US. It is particularly suited for individuals transitioning their careers to venture capital, providing them with the necessary tools and insights to make a successful career shift.

January 27th to April 28th, 2025.
Location:
This position is remote, but there are options for in-person engagements in Bogotá, Mexico City (CDMX), São Paulo, and New York.
Program Objectives:
To Provide Real-World Experience:
Immerse fellows in essential venture capital activities such as investment analysis, startup support, investor relations, and strategic negotiation, directly impacting the fintech landscape and other verticals.
To Educate you in Venture Capital:
Understand how venture capital works from an accelerator and a startup perspective.
To Foster Mentorship and Community:
Connect fellows with established industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs for mentorship, integrating them into a dynamic community of fintech professionals.
To Support Career Advancement:
Prepare fellows, particularly those transitioning from private banking, for leadership roles in the startup ecosystem by equipping them with critical skills, knowledge, and networking opportunities.
A Capstone Final Project:
Fellows lead a strategic project, culminating in a presentation of their insights and recommendations.
